    Hi, I need some help. I had added my local address into my profile. But why is the international forwarding service the section does not appear. thus resulting, I cannot select any forwarders.

    Does anyone know what happen? what did i do wrong?

      Hello,

      Your address might be filled wrongly. Do try having it all in one line instead of it being broken into multiple lines.

      Hello Grania,

      You'd need to spend more to hit the taobao VIP rankings in order to get the membership prices for shops like haoduoyi. You'd be able to see it here: http://vip.taobao.com/vip_home.htm

    Hi Cynthia, my page never show "国际转运服务" instead it show
    菜鸟官方集运. 使用菜鸟官方集运 先寄到国内仓库，到仓后支付转运费，配送商会将包裹送达您的地址，转运费39.0元起. Do you know why? and after submit order 提交订单, but then later we want to cancel. isit possible? thanks

    I will not be charged shipping if the seller ships internally free right? So if i select 4px to ship to malaysia, how do i pay 4px? and the address to be inserted in taobao address should be mine?

      Hello,

      if it's 包邮 then yes, domestic shipping is free.

      I'm not sure if 4px applies for Malaysia. You can check out the options there are available.

      Hi, it depends on personal preference.. Like how soon you need the item and the mass etc..
