I wanted to check if you've shopped on taobao and have spent more than SGD400 worth of goods at a go.. I understand that if the ICF of the goods are greater than SGD400, I would incur GST?? Does the 400 include the air freight charges imposed by 4PX? According to 4PX, its just the value of the goods.. But i would like to confirm with you..
