Something pretty awesome is coming up soon! As such, I've made these little gems. Milk Tea Snowskin Mooncakes and Cranberry Snowskin Mooncakes.
8 September 2013
I made these mini mooncakes: green tea, cranberry and milk tea flavour for my cell group (:
You may refer to this link for the recipe that I've used. Here's a video tutorial I did for the making of snowskin mooncakes! (:
I'd love to see the bakes or stuff you've cooked using the blog's recipe! Do share photos of stuff you've baked or cooked using the blog's recipe with me either via FB message to http://facebook.com/limcynthia OR http://facebook.com/thebakingbiatch OR via email at cynthia.lim.hl@gmail.com! I look forward to hearing from you! (:

Hi Zoe!
DeleteThanks for the kind words! (; Nice to know you too! What's your blog address so that I may 'visit' you? (:
Love,
Cynthia
Hi, can I know what is the texture of the snow skin? Soft or chewy? Thanks
ReplyDeleteHello!
DeleteIt's soft but still has a nice bite to it.. Definitely not the jelly like skin you get from many commercial ones.
